We won’t order your carpet until you’ve seen and approved it. Initial sampling is complimentary, with subsequent sampling costs offset against your final order.

6. Door-to-Door Delivery

Once approved, your carpet moves into production and is delivered directly to your project — ready to be installed and enjoyed for years to come.

For both Axminster and Ikon Print, standard lead times are approximately 9–12 weeks from final design and sample approval. Our team will guide you through each stage of the process, keeping your project on track from sign-off through to delivery.
